~ A need for reform: UNDERAGE DRINKING~

At the start of the new Millenium, Alcohol abuse has skyrocketed and has been affecting a significant number of adolescents and young adults of underage drinking. It has been estimated that over 8 million teenagers here in the U.S are underage in-and-out alcoholics. My reform project is about the exploration of the underage drinking of alcohol and how critical this situation is. In this web page, I will define extensively the history of this issue, current efforts to solve this problem, call to action and what should be done and what can people do to help, and a personal reflection of my opinions and other people as well.
